If your item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality specifications, please contact Growth Science customer service at to arrange an exchange or store credit. Our customer service team will review your request and promptly issue a replacement or store credit upon approval.


If you did not receive the correct item you ordered, please fill out our contact form on this page to arrange a return. Growth Science will ship out the correct
item promptly and issue you a shipping label to return the incorrect item you received.


If you wish to return your item for a refund begin by filling out our contact from here on this page within 10 days after receiving the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving approval for the return, you will be issued an RMA number. Your item must be received 10 days after receiving an RMA number. A 15% percent restocking fee applies. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside label and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
